Choose an exit time, not just the scheduled landing time

A domestic passenger normally reaches Arrivals faster than an international passenger who must clear immigration, collect luggage and pass customs. When choosing the pickup time, allow for the part of the journey between wheels-down and walking out of the terminal.

The sequence is straightforward:

1. Share your flight number and expected arrival time with the pickup team.
2. After landing, complete immigration, baggage claim and customs where applicable.
3. Enter the Arrivals hall and walk left to Door 3.
4. Meet the team and inspect the car before accepting the keys.
