Where Door 3 is
Clear immigration and baggage claim, then exit into the Arrivals hall. Door 3 is on the left in Arrivals. Look for an XQ Car sign with your name. Domestic belts are a short walk; international arrivals add queue time before you reach the hall.

- Passport or MyKad and your driving licence (physical cards)
- Credit card for the security deposit or pre-authorisation

Walk to the car and drive out

Returning to LGK
Return at the same Door 3 meeting point unless you arranged hotel collection. Allow about 30 minutes before check-in for inspection and deposit paperwork. Deposit release timing depends on your card issuer — typically several business days after final adjustments (see terms). Early-morning flights are covered; there is no separate after-hours airport surcharge for Door 3 meets on XQ Car bookings.
