Approved claims receive 50% cashback on the RoRo passenger fare, credited within seven working days.
That is a ferry-ticket rebate run by LADA — not a car-rental discount. XQ Car does not administer the promo, and no rental operator is listed as a participating partner on the official site. - Book with jetty as pickup — choose Kuah Jetty / ferry in the location picker (preset meet is free, same as airport Door 3).
- Enter your ferry ETA and operator if the booking form asks; message us on WhatsApp if the boat runs late.
- On arrival, clear the terminal, walk right toward the taxi stand, and look for the XQ Car orange sign beside it.
