Hotel delivery is free when you select a property from the XQ Car hotel list at checkout. If you type a custom villa, homestay, or unlisted pin, the booking applies the hotel delivery fee — RM50 on current seed pricing (checked 2026-07-23). Airport Door 3 and Kuah Jetty meets stay free.
What counts as free
- Hotels and resorts chosen from the autocomplete hotel list
- Langkawi International Airport (Door 3)
- Kuah Ferry Jetty
Common free zones guests use: Pantai Cenang and Tengah strips, Kuah hotels on the list, and major north-island resorts when they appear in the list.
What incurs the delivery fee
Custom-typed addresses that are not on the hotel list — private villas, unmarked homestays, or “near…” descriptions. If your place is missing from the list, message us the exact name before booking so we can confirm fee and access.
Return collection
You can return at the same hotel, switch to LGK Door 3 for an early flight, or use the jetty when departing by ferry. Say so at booking. Door 3 returns remain available 24/7.
