Before you sail
Ferries from Penang, Kuala Kedah, and Kuala Perlis all land at Kuah Terminal. Before you board:
- Put Kuah Jetty / ferry as pickup in the booking
- Share operator and scheduled arrival time (WhatsApp if the boat runs late)
- Carry licence, ID, and credit card as for any handover — see requirements
Jetty staffing follows ferry traffic more than a 24/7 airport desk. Message us if you land outside the usual daytime window so we can confirm the meet.
On arrival
Disembark, clear the terminal, and look for XQ Car signage at the main exit near the taxi stand. Typical waits are short when your ETA is on the booking. Photograph the car, confirm fuel level (same-to-same return), then decide whether to do Kuah errands before driving west.
